What is wafer cassette?
Wafer cassettes are used to transport and store wafers during semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Also referred to as wafer carriers, they are designed to house or carry several wafers of the same size and are available in a range of materials to support specific applications, such as thermal processing.
For general process. Wafer carrier and used to transfer between station and station. Provide suitable characteristics of the polymer composite material according to customer’s needs. It can collocation with airtight storage box to protect wafer.
PFA / Teflon Cassette, Capacitor of wafer can be customized and designed by customers’ request, able to resist strong acid, strong hydrofluoric acid, strong base and heat up to 200~220℃, use to deliver wafers in acid & base process of Fabrication factory.

For standard machine, it would be 5-7Working days. For non-standard/customized machines according to clients' specific requirements, It would be 20~25 working days.
Q4. Do you arrange shipment for the products?
It’s depends on our incoterms,If FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you, but EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
Q5. How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we'll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L and other certificates as required by clients.
